Using neural network for A HRD Evaluation Method

Abstract

 It is devoted working out of a method of synthesis of a neural network for intellectual estimation of workers. The review of existing methods of using neural networks is executed and the approach of a solution for a problem of management is offered. Mathematical algorithms of this method are resulted and results of their use are analysed.
